Nice to meet you!
“Do one thing a day that scares you”
Hi, I’m Sydney
I’m a speaker, author, facilitator, and Certified Enneagram Coach who loves helping people find clarity, focus, and purpose in both their personal and professional lives. Whether I’m on a stage, in a workshop, or working one-on-one, I’m energized by creating meaningful experiences that spark reflection, connection, and growth.
I currently serve as the Events and Advocacy Coordinator for the BASF Center for Sustainable Agriculture, where I design programs that bring together people, ideas, and innovation. I’m also a Park Scholar and master’s student at NC State University, pursuing a degree in Agricultural and Human Sciences with a concentration in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences.
I’m the co-author of Focused as a Bee, a book I wrote with my dad that draws lessons from beekeeping to explore focus, purpose, and productivity. These themes show up throughout my speaking and coaching work. My passion for leadership and community was shaped early through Extension programs like 4-H and FFA, where I later had the opportunity to serve as North Carolina FFA State President and 4-H State Secretary-Treasurer.
Outside of work and school, I’m an artist at heart and someone who loves spontaneous road trips, trying new foods, and experiencing new cultures. I’m also engaged to my fiancé, Amear, and excited to be planning our wedding this year.
