Coaching feels like talking with a friend, but with more space to actually think.
There’s no pressure to have the right words. You get to show up, talk it out, and start connecting the dots.
My role is to listen well and ask the kind of questions that help you move forward in a way that feels right to you.

Package Includes:
Initial session up to 30 minutes
Three coaching sessions of up to 30 minutes each
Mid-week reminder email of focus areas
Best for:
Clients who feel stuck and want to break through what is currently holding them back. If you feel overwhelmed, unclear on your next step, or caught in the same patterns, this package is for you. Together, we will create clarity and help you move forward with intention.

Initial session up to 45 minutes
Seven coaching sessions of up to 45 minutes each
Mid-week reminder email of focus areas
Email and text support between sessions
Best for:
Clients who are ready to move forward with clarity and intention. If you know what matters to you but need support staying focused, building momentum, and following through, this package is for you. Together, we will help you stay aligned and keep moving forward with purpose.
About Your Coach
I firmly believe that, as a coach, it is not my job to have all the answers. During our calls, I create space for you to share what’s on your mind, and we work together to make a plan that works best for you.
While I don’t have all the answers, I do have tools! As your coach, I incorporate concepts from Focused As A Bee, my Enneagram Coaching Certification, and years of experience working with individuals just like you.
I see my clients as whole individuals who care about things outside of work, too! As your coach, rest assured, I can relate to your love of food, family, and friends (especially the fluffy, furry ones!).
